ALIN, the Business Manager and Director of Xclusiv Built Projects. Alin started off his career as a general hand, and after a short time quickly progressed to a leading hand, site foreman and then project manager in various companies. After over 15 years of experience in the industry, Alin was able to gain
further knowledge in estimating, project scheduling and contracts administration. Before venturing off to start his own company, Alin gained several years of experience in project management of single dwelling construction, multi storey units and commercial projects.
Currently Alin is most passionate and dedicated to expanding his business and bringing to life custom designed contemporary homes.
Simon, the Project Manager/Director of Xclusiv Built projects. Simon started off in the industry as a labourer back in 1998, and proceeded to become a leading hand, supervisor and, eventually, the project manager of highly reputable construction companies.
Over these years, Simon gained extensive knowledge in building commercial projects and residential homes, townhouses, and large block units.
Simon has a reputation for managing multiple projects at once while maintaining quality and integrity.
Sam has been involved in all aspects of construction. Most of which has been in unit and commercial construction. Most importantly, a vast experience in various façade systems ranging from curtain walls to composite cladded facades. Having supervised for a commercial façade company, various projects for Tier 1
companies. Sam has been involved with XBP for many years through part time supervision, until recently joining the team full time. Sam leads the way for projects that require the extra attention to details and out high-end projects.
Mick Alyousif received a bachelor's degree in civil engineering in 1999. Since then, he has been involved in various construction firms and involved in many aspects of construction from civil engineering to project management on-site. Mick is passionate about each project and the attention to the detail from a
architectural and more importantly the structural view. Mick is our go to when we are required to deliver a large-scale project which requires his expertise as a structural engineer.
Revana has recently joined the team as our accounts and bookkeeper, and withing weeks, has made her role in the company exceptional. Coming from an accounting background and her previous roles within banks, has proven to be a great asset for XBP.
