A successful project by Xclusiv Built Projects of 17 townhouses in Sydney’s Canley Vale. The project was the first townhouse job taken on by Xclusiv Built Projects which was completed on budget and ahead of schedule. The deign was based around affordable living but was far from being a simple build. With the site facing the main street of Canley Vale Rd and complexity of services to accommodate the 17 dwellings, the project posed a few challenges but were all over come with a great result.
